Everything sold on Cold Case Online is a digital product: a case file that opens in your browser the moment payment completes, or a subscription that unlocks every case file immediately. Because access is immediate and the content cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this.
Weekly ($6.99) and yearly ($29.99) subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page with the Cancel subscription button, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal charges that have already been made are not refunded.
Lifetime access ($69.99) is a single payment for every case file on the site, now and in the future. It is non-refundable.
A single case file ($9.99) is unlocked permanently for the account that bought it and is non-refundable.
If a case fails to open, a room does not work, or you were charged in error, contact us at serthantopal40@gmail.com with the email address on your account. We will fix the problem or, where a charge was made in error or a service could not be delivered, make an exception to this policy.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Accounts that dispute a charge for a product that was delivered may have access removed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices are in US dollars; applicable tax is added at checkout.
