Cold Case Online provides fictional case files for personal, non-commercial play. Purchases unlock a case, or all cases for a week, a year or for life, for the account that bought them; hosts may invite up to five guests into a room per case at no charge to the guests. Do not copy, republish or resell case content. All cases, people and places are fictional; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Because case files and subscriptions are digital products delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted; see the refund and cancellation policy. Weekly and yearly plans renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the account page, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
