How buying works
Press a plan. If you are not signed in, we ask for your email address and send you a sign-in link; no password.
Stripe opens a secure card form. We never see your card number. Apple Pay and Google Pay work where your browser supports them.
You are returned to the case, unlocked, within a few seconds. Your friends can join your room with the code and pay nothing.
Refunds and cancellation
No refunds on digital purchases. Case files and subscriptions are digital products with immediate access, so all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase completes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. If a case fails to open or a room does not work and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will put it right.
