The game. The app is a work of fiction: an investigation played inside invented phones. Every character, message, photo and case is made up. The app never accesses anyone’s real device or accounts.
What is free. Two cases begin free, and each of them lets you answer the first nine questions without paying. New players also receive five free hints.
Purchases. Premium unlocks every case and every question: $6.99 per week, $39.99 per year, or $69.99 once for life. Hint packs of 8, 20, 50, 100 or 500 hints cost $1.99 to $32.99. Hints are consumable and are spent as you use them. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may differ in your local store.
Auto-renewal. Weekly and yearly plans renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The lifetime purchase does not renew.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Restoring purchases. Use “Restore purchases” in the app menu to bring a previous purchase back on the same Apple ID.
Acceptable use. Do not decompile, modify or resell the app or its content. The cases, text, images and code are ours and are protected by copyright.
Availability. We may add, change or retire cases and features. Answer checking may use an internet connection; when it is unavailable the app falls back to on-device checking and stays playable.
Disclaimer. The app is provided “as is”, for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
